Request and test a free sample
The best way to ensure quality and compatibility for your lighting project!
What does a free testing sample entail?
As a lighting professional, you want certainty, especially before placing a large order. That’s why we offer a free sample service tailored to your needs. You receive a test product, which allows you to get a good look and feel of the product itself, but it also helps you assess whether it fits the aesthetics of the room it will be placed in. This helps you to persuade your clients of certain lighting choices. You can request a lighting sample with your account manager.
When do we offer a sample?
We offer one or a few free sample products for every lighting project where there is any doubt or for projects that benefit the use of a specific high-quality product. For example, when the type of ballast is unknown, when you are doubting which extension ring fits or when you are unfamiliar with a certain lighting brand.
A few days after you receive the test product, your account manager will contact you for a follow-up conversation. This personal check-in is the moment to share your impressions and to confirm whether the product meets your project needs. Did you finish testing the sample? You can keep the product on-site for future reference.

What do you gain by testing before committing?
The best lighting solution! With this hands-on service, you as in installer get the chance to evaluate products on-site in real conditions. For key projects, you can request a product to test, so you can verify compatibility, performance, or visual finish. It’s a practical and reliable way to move forward with confidence, to reduce risks, and to deliver the right solution to your client from the very first try.
- You eliminate compatibility risks, since you can easily confirm that tubes or fixtures work with your current setup.
- You can value finish and appearance by assessing brightness, colour temperature, and overall visual quality.
- You avoid unnecessary returns, as you reduce the risk of large incorrect orders and save valuable time on site.
- You offer peace of mind to your clients. They can see and approve the product before installation, as if they were testing it in-store, even without a physical showroom nearby.
We become part of your operations by offering hands-on support: allowing you to test, reassure your clients, and move forward with confidence on every project.
