B15 | B22 Light Bulbs
The B15 and B22 bulb is characterised by its bayonet base. You can recognize these bulbs amd bayonet socket by the protruding pins on both sides of the bulbs. To install this type of bulb, you must first push the two pins into the fixture and then screw in the bulb in a clockwise direction. Common shapes of the B15 and B22 are the round shape and the candle shape. Due to their decorative properties, these shapes are often used in gastronomic facilities such as restaurants and hotels. The colour code is a combination of colour rendering (CRI) and light colour (Kelvin). The first number indicates the colour rendering (1 = very poor colour rendering, 9 = maximum colour fastness). The second and third number contains the light colour. Example: the colour code 830 consists of good colour rendering (8) and warm white light (3000K).
