The Philips SDW-T (MASTER) is a high pressure sodium vapor discharge lamp, which is an extremely reliable lighting solution. This lamp has a comparatively low colour rendering index due to the nature of its applications. Therefore, the level of colour rendering is less relevant than in other lamps.This bulb is intended for outdoor use such as street lighting, car park illumination and industrial areas. It is suitable for use in both open and enclosed fixtures, but must be used in an enclosed fixture when outside.
