This T8 LED tube is compatible with a conventional ballast (EM ballast), which means you can fit it in fluorescent fixtures with a conventional ballast. You can also install this T8 LED in 230V LED battens or fluorescent fixtures from which the ballast has been removed. In this case, you do not need a (LED) starter. Good to know: if you opt for a Mains (230V) installation, you will achieve the most efficient and maintenance-free lighting.
