The Philips PL-C is commonly referred to as a fuse lamp with stitch fitting. Others sometimes call a CFL (compact fluorescent lamp), this is all the same. The Philips LED PL-C is the perfect alternative to these standard Osram Dulux or Philips PL-C energy saving lamps. The LED lights replace 1-on-1 the: 10W, 13W, 18W or 26W energy saving lamps. These products can replace lamps with 2 pin lamp cap. This means that lamps with conventional ballast can be replaced by the PL-C LED lamp. When switching to LED PL-C lamps, it is important that you check the current of your existing fluorescent lamp. This should correspond to the replacement wattage of the LED PL-C. With LED technology, these lamps save up to 70% of energy costs.
These products have a lifespan of 30,000 hours. Thus, in an average business environment, these lamps will last for more than 12 years (52 weeks a year, 10 hours a day from monday to friday). The lifespan is much longer than standard PL-C or Dulux lamps, which only burn for 10,000 hours. These products have 3 year warranty. Different light colors are available. This makes these LED bulbs suitable for illuminating corridors, public areas, hospitals and warehouses.
Different light colors:
- 830 Warm white (3000 Kelvin) - For illuminating corridors and stairwells.
