The Osram POWERSTAR HQI-E are high pressure discharge range of lamps that diffuse a very intense light due to the quartz burner. These lamps are very performants and have a long lifetime. The Osram Powerstar HQI-E 400W/N E40 Clear have a E40-type holder that will allow the easy uninstallation from your fixtures. The bulb's glass is clear. Lamps' lifetime is 9000 hours on average, which corresponds to nearly 3 year of use. Osram Powerstar HQI-E 400W/N E40 Clear lamps furnish a neutral white light (4000K). Emitted light will be quality because the colore rendering index is very high (90Ra).

Use

Mainly used for outdoors lighting of roads, pedestrian areas, gardens or residential areas, these bulbs can also be used as a powerful lighting in shopping centers, fairs, exhibitions, saloons or workshops. Warning! These lamps function on ballast and need to be installed in closed fixtures.
