The Osram Parathom Pro G53 AR111 12V | Dimmable is the perfect replacement for a conventional W halogen spotlight bulb that has a G53 base and a colour code. This bulb has an 'Aluminium Reflector' (AR111) shape with a diameter of 111 mm and the terminals are 53 mm apart. In rooms that are exposed to moisture, G53 LED bulbs are safer than halogen bulbs because they work on 12 volts rather than 230 volts. The lower voltage means that the use of a transformer is necessary. Suitable ones can be found under 'Accessories' on this product page.
