Complete your order and payment before 18:00 and your order will be dispatched the same day, provided that we have all of the products in stock and the payment is made in advance through Paypal or debit/credit card.

From Monday to Friday we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Every product in our assortment has an estimated shipping time, which can be found on our website.

If any of the products in your order are out of stock or have a delivery period of 6+ days, we will wait to dispatch your order until all products are available. Our aim is to deliver the items in one complete order.

Delivery charges 

  • In the United Kingdom and in Ireland orders of £90 (excl. VAT) and over qualify for free delivery. The standard delivery charge for orders under £90 (excl. VAT) is £6.49. Express delivery is £20,-. Please see the Express Delivery section for more information.

 Delivery charges for orders to be shipped to the UK Islands are as follows:

  • UPS Express Saver: £23.00 (excl VAT)  /  GLS: £25.00 (excl VAT)

Delivery process

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands and shipped with our partner courier service UPS and GLS.

The delivery time estimate is 2-3 working days.

Please note that our partner courier company, UPS/GLS, are in control of their own schedule, and we therefore have no influence on the exact delivery date and time of your package.

If you are not available for the first delivery attempt UPS/GLS will often try to deliver again the following day, or alternatively, depending on your location, your order will be delivered to your local UPS Pick Up Point. You will be given notice of the location of your nearest Pick Up Point so that you can collect your order. After 10 days orders which remain uncollected will be returned to us.

Please note: once your order is complete the delivery address cannot be changed. We therefore encourage you to thoroughly check your shipping information is correct before confirming your order.

Track & Trace your order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to our website under the "My Account" page. If the status of the order is "Completed", our team has prepared your order and it has been handed over to the courier service.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. With your Track & Trace number you can follow the status of your delivery through UPS.

Express delivery

You can opt for next day delivery by selecting the UPS Express Saver shipping option at the checkout page provided that the following criteria are met:

  • All products in the order are in stock in the desired quantity
  • Payment is made in advance by debit/credit card or Paypal
  • The order is complete and payment is received before 3pm GMT
