Delivery time

If you complete and pay for your order before 4 p.m. and all of the products are in stock, we will aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse in The Netherlands. On average, the delivery time is 3-6 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

Note that we only ship your package if all of the products you ordered are in stock. If you want a partial delivery, please contact our customer service team. Once we have given the package to the transporter, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so that you can track the shipment.

Delivery costs

The shipping cost depends on your total order value and will automatically be calculated in your shopping cart. Please note, the minimum order value is £ 25,- For orders under £ 50,- (including VAT) we add a small surcharge of £1.
